Detailed feasibility report and Project budget are provided prior to the start of any projects. The Investors or Developers would always understand the costs and profits balance .LSL provide practical suggestions to the Design team from day one and liaise with the all consultants to delivery the best result.LSL's CAD drawings of the project are prepared showing construction details such as floor plans, elevations, door and window locations and sizes, room dimensions, roof form and sections. As we know, building materials supply were become major issues to construction projects, for our steel framing we offer on time and continuous supply to our valuable client.
LSL uses AXXIS steel with a 50-year durability statement. We can also supply all connectors and fasteners in addition to the framing components.
The Light Steel Framing we produce is fabricated using the FrameCAD latest technology and designer software, it’s strapped and wrapped, ready for delivery to the site. Small home and pod structures can be assembled at our factory and delivered by trailer.
Construction
Complete the Building work
Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and the Construction Managers work in one team and closely, and it will make sure all project related questions are responded promptly.
LSL has associated skilled workforce teams which will ensure the construction process is always in control.
LSL provide steel frames installation which is carried out by teams of Licensed Building Practitioners who specialise in erecting steel framing. The frames we produce are clearly labelled and full plans are easy to follow for onsite installation and also cooperate with our building materials.
Obtain the 224c, Title and CCC
Prepare the required documents and make submission
The Business Development team takes the full responsibility to looks after every clients from the scratch, to understand their real demands and distribute them to the entire team.
LSL provide both English and Chinese version of project progress reports Weekly, Monthly, plus the settlement memo.
